By using Sky for Two, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be 18 or older to use Sky for Two.

Keep your sign-in secure and don't share it. Either partner can unpair at any time.

You own what you create. You give us a limited license to store it and display it to you and your partner so we can run the service. Photos and entries are private to the couple.

Don't use Sky for Two for harassment, abuse, illegal content, sexual content or sexual explicitness, impersonation, or attempts to break or reverse engineer the service. Sky for Two is a romantic, never sexual, space.

Sky for Two offers communication tools and prompts. It is not medical, mental health, legal or emergency advice, and not a replacement for professional help. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services. In the US, call or text 988 for crisis support.

Plus is billed by Apple or Google. One Plus subscription covers both partners. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds follow the store's policies. Prices may change with notice. Your memories and history stay free.

If we offer a free trial, its length and terms will be shown before you start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid Plus subscription through your app store.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

To the extent allowed by law, Techowiat LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Sky for Two.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with disputes handled in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will let you know in the app.
