Refund Policy

Sky for Two Plus is sold only as an in-app subscription through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google charges you, so they also process refunds. We can't issue refunds directly or see your card details.

Plus costs $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year (US prices; local prices and taxes may differ and are shown before you buy). It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

• iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Sky for Two, Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play, profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Sky for Two, Cancel.

Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your couple returns to the Free plan. Your memories and history stay free and are not deleted.

• Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: visit Google Play refund help. Google may offer an automatic refund within 48 hours of purchase.

If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you start. Cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

One Plus subscription covers both partners. Only the partner who paid can cancel or request a refund. If you unpair, the payer keeps the subscription until it ends.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer laws where you live, including EU and UK rights for digital purchases.
