Privacy Policy

Sky for Two is made by Techowiat LLC in Houston, Texas. You can reach us any time at support@skyfortwo.com.

Sky for Two is for people 18 and older only.

• Account: your email, name or nickname, and your sign-in method (Apple, Google or email code).
• City and time zone: chosen by you from a list. We never ask for or collect your device location.
• What you create: answers to questions, journal entries, photos, mood check-ins, rituals, plans, goals and gifts.
• Pairing: the link between you and your partner.
• Device and technical data: push notification token, device type, app version and crash reports.
• Purchases: your purchase status from the App Store or Google Play, through RevenueCat. We never see your card number.

Mood check-ins and personal journal entries can be sensitive. We collect them only with your permission and use them only to run the features you use. We never use them for advertising and never share them with advertising or analytics tools.

We use your data to run the app, sync with your partner, send the reminders you set, protect the service and fix bugs.

Your partner sees what you choose to share with them. Answers to questions stay hidden until both partners have answered.

We use trusted providers to run Sky for Two:

• Supabase, for our database and storage
• Resend, for email
• Expo, for push notifications
• RevenueCat, for subscriptions
• Sentry, for crash reports
• PostHog, for product analytics (never message content)
• Apple and Google, for sign-in

Optional AI features, when offered, run only after you opt in and use Anthropic to process the text you submit.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not show ads.

You can delete your account in the app at any time and we delete your data. If either partner unpairs, the shared space becomes read-only for 30 days and is then deleted. Backups clear within a reasonable period. You can request an export or deletion by emailing support@skyfortwo.com.

Depending on where you live, such as California and other US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete and export your data, and to opt out of the sale of data or targeted advertising (which we don't do). Email us at support@skyfortwo.com to use them.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls on each couple's space. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect yours.

Your data is stored in the United States.

If we change this policy, we will update this page. For material changes, we will also let you know in the app.
