Data Policy & Consent

We collect only the data needed to run a feature you use. If a feature doesn't need it, we don't ask for it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

• Waitlist: we store only your email address, after you tick the consent box. We use it only to tell you about the launch.
• No tracking cookies: this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and has no ad pixels or social trackers.
• Hosting logs and basic visit stats: our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) to keep the site secure and count visits.
• Fonts: page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

When you open the app for the first time, we ask clearly and separately before we:

• store sensitive entries such as mood check-ins and journal entries;
• send push notifications (system permission, off until you allow it);
• access photos you choose to share (only the photos you pick);
• collect product analytics (off by default where the law requires opt-in);
• process text with optional AI features (off until you turn them on).

No box is pre-ticked. Saying no never blocks the core app except for the feature that needs that data. You can change every choice later in Settings, Privacy.

• Precise or background device location. You choose your city from a list.
• Contacts, microphone, health data or advertising ID.
• Card numbers. Payments are handled by Apple or Google.

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt because we don't track. We don't sell or share personal data for targeted advertising.

• Supabase: account, database and photo storage.
• RevenueCat: subscription status only.
• Expo: delivering push notifications.
• Sentry: crash reports, with personal content removed.
• PostHog: product analytics, only with consent, never message, journal or photo content.
• Resend: sign-in codes and service emails.
• Apple and Google: sign-in and in-app purchases.
• Anthropic: optional AI features, only after you opt in.

You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's Settings, by unsubscribing from emails, or by emailing support@skyfortwo.com. Withdrawing doesn't affect processing done before.

You can delete your account inside the app. To get a copy of your data or ask for deletion of waitlist data, email support@skyfortwo.com. We respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
